About me

Entrepreneur with background in operational management and customer support in international organizations. Remote work, and leading teams and team members in different locations have been part of my daily work since 2003. The new ways of working are not that new to me, and I have first hand experience from success stories and learning the hard way.

My passion is people and helping others to identify their strengths, and make the most out of their potential. Coaching, and facilitating workshops, are today my way of helping others to thrive and find joy in their work.

For me leadership, and being a leader, is an ongoing journey with no clear end station. Being a leader means challenging oneself, learning new ways of working and thinking outside the box - all to be truly people-centered and lead individuals as a team towards goals and keep the vision in mind and sight.

As your coach I will be listening actively, ask questions and sometimes be quiet. All to guide you towards your goals, help you release your full potential and find your best way forward.

As your coach I will challenge you to find new perspectives, and think outside the box to break new grounds and find the hero within you.

My motto is Either you win or you learn. We choose ourselves, how we view the world, and how we react to what happens to us. Change starts with me, and I need to take responsibility for my own development and well-being at work as well as privately.

I coach in Swedish, English and Finnish. I also offer coaching online.
