 A satisfied co-worker index is an evaluation to how personnel within an organization experience their working situation.We live in a time of constant change. The demands and the concurrence are getting more difficult to meet and the organizations ability to be flexible and create constantly meet challenges. In the evaluation the prerequisites for well functioning working conditions in the organisation are mapped. The method maps the psychosocial working milieu as well as lineate the experienced satisfaction of individuals. The results of these areas lay the foundations for concrete improvements. The result is given as an index (satisfied personnel index), graphs and a possibility for comparison of trade. |
