 The team leaders mission is to guide, inspire and to bring the team to reach its full potential. Together the team is to set goals and by doing that contribute to the whole organizations success. Through understanding of team dynamic, the individual differences and resources, we create the conditions for the leader to take advantage of the power of a team.The purpose of the program is to develop the personal leadership ability with a focus upon the interaction between people in a group. The program gives increased understanding of personal behavior, of different leadership styles and gives tools for constructive team development. All together seven days of theory and experience based education building on parts of the UGL-methodology. The theory includes modules as dynamic teams, team rolls, team development and communication. For the team activities we use our house on Arholma island in the archipelago of Stockholm. The program is adjustable to leading groups as well as working teams and its final plans are made in cooperation with the buyer. |
