Leadership program
altA leader’s most important task is to develop her/his personal leadership and to create possibilities for co-workers to develop and grow. To mature into being able to develop ones own competence and that of co-workers takes time and resources. It is a process that should never end. In the leadership program from EuroAcademy we supply the tools for personal development, which contribute to create the condition for a successful leadership.

The purpose of the process is to challenge, inspire and release power to develop as a leader. Through increased understanding of ones self and awareness about group processes, the personal leadership qualities develop for the participant to become more effective as a group-member, manager and as a leader. During the program we work with areas such as effective communication, leadership style, constructive conflict handling and strategic competence development.

With theory and training, adjusted to the group’s requirements and growing potential, our aim with the program is to create new conditions for managers and leaders. The purpose is to give practical knowledge for a better everyday leadership.

The basic program covers 6-8 days spread over a time period of 3-6 months and can thereafter be followed by an advanced continuation.
