 1+1=3… The effectiveness of a team can be more than the individuals single contribution added up. It requires a well functioning team, group dynamic and that the group members know each other.Team development is an experienced based education with theory and practice. The practical part is based on the UGL-methodology and is carried out by a licensed UGL-instructor. The aim is to coordinate the team member’s present competence and ability to reach an increased effectiveness and productivity. The program is inspiring and developing for the team as well as for the individuals. The team development program is adjustable to different kind of working teams, leading groups, action teams and workgroups. The program starts with two days focused on how the team function and can be extended with different steps each adjustable to the teams task and need. On the island Arholma in the archipelago of Stockholm we have a small house equipped for the team practices. |
